Understanding the Effects of Trauma and How it Presents Somatically

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Jennifer specializes in providing trainings that educate faculty and staff regarding the effects of trauma on daily living and how trauma shows up somatically for students. With this knowledge faculty and staff can better support students as they navigated through college.


Developing Trauma and Somatic Informed Practices
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Jennifer can provide training that will help administration and staffs evaluate their current practices and procedures to ensure that they are trauma and somatic informed. Practices and procedures that are trauma and somatic informed ensure students’ emotionally and mental safety.


The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, by Gary Chapman and Paul White
As a Certified Trainer with Appreciation at Work organization, Jennifer can provide atraining that will increase how staff feels valued at work.  Your University will be among many, large and small, that have decided to support and strengthen the relationships of
their staff by learning their appreciation language. This training can be done in a 3-4 hour session or in several sessions over a few weeks. Jennifer will speak with you and what your organization's needs are and help you determine how best to format this
